I am a very healthy 23 year old, and I am happily married. Normally, I am easily aroused, and I reach the 'peak' just as easily. Lately, however, I am still easily aroused, but I can't seem to reach anything else. Could I possibly be pregnant, and I don't know it yet? If not, what else could be the problem?

may be your thinking about it to much and you are stressing your self out and so you can't climax ... just relax enjoy it and if you think you pregnant take a test but there are other sings of pregnancy

Being pregnant has nothing to do with orgasms. Whether you are or not.
You need a change of stimulation in that area. We all need to switch at times.

I've been pregnant 2x and had no trouble having an orgasm. Maybe you just need to concentrate on it more.

doesnt mean your preg.... the thing is that you are MARRIED!!
