ceiling of her cage...what does this mean? someone told me it might be brain damage...but shes been doing it since I got her (7 mos ago)

Snakes often do this. My husband had a desert king snake for 15 years and she would do this once in a while. I don't think it is really anything to worry about. Snakes have such small brains anyway that no one would be able to tell if they had brain damage or not.

You'll see this happening at pet stores all the time! There's nothing wrong going on with the snake!

Its possible that it knows where the food comes from, so maybe its doing it because its hungry.
