Yes... I know of Platon/Plato. I've read his 'Symposium', Theaetetus' and 'Republic.' I know a little about ancient Greek history. What do you want to know?

I am a true Spartan. My family came Spartari,Greece to USA >Ellis Island in 1915.Tell you a about us crazy a@@ Greeks.
The Spartan of ancient Greece were a powerful and unique(nutty)people.radically different from any civilization before or since:a society of warrior-heroes who were the living exemplars of such core values as self-sacrifice(I fear nothing),community endeavor, and achievement against all odds-qualities that today signify the ultimate heroism.Takes a nutty Spartan like me to make that statement.wink
