Bush can't pass any policies that'll help ALL americans, the only thing that'll help is when he passes away.........err...... I mean passes away out of office..... passes the job to someone else..... you get my drift

Thats impossible not all people have all the same needs. I dont need you to buy me a car, I dont NEED you to buy me a house. I dont NEED you to provide my healtcare. Where as someone with no education, and no motivation would be much more dependant on you for those things.
