If you mean swap it out for one that is in your machine now here are the steps.

Open your case and memorize the location of all power cords...

Disconnect all wires from the motherboard or case that come from the old PSU.

On the back of the computer unscrew the four screws that hold the psu in the case. Remove the old PSU.

Insert the new PSU and securely screw it into your case. Reconnect all powersupply wires.

Close your case and power up.

Well, here we go:
- you start by disconnecting all cables
- unscrew the external casing screws
- open the casing
- disconnect all cables coming from the current PSU; be extremely careful as some may be hard to take out but if you're not careful you could break the contact on the drive
- remove the screws that hold the PSU in place, usually 4 in the back and sometimes 2 inside
- remove the old PSU
- install & install screws for new PSU
- reconnect all wires (often simpler to start with motherboard connector)
- connect cables to do a field test
- if it boots, close the cover and put the screws back in place and you're done

Pretty simple, note the connectors on the old power supply, unplug them, unscrew the old one, screw the new one in and replace all the connectors.
