Yes, definitely. I'm usually tired through the whole thing. If I find that I'm exhausted, I usually just take an iron pill and it gets better.

Lots of women get this or have the fatigue all the days of their periods. It due to the hormonal changes we go through with our periods. Drink lots of water, eat high protein snacks. Rest when you can.

Exhausted, unless I remember to take my iron pills or some other vitamin. Even then, I feel like I just worked out really hard and want to rest all the time.

Yes, but not the day before for me, the first day of my period. I get exhausted and irritable.

Yes & migraines, it's because my iron is low anyway without having my period. Atleast this is what my doctor told me!

i get extreme pms like i get cranky and yell at people for no reason
