I had a great butt before I was pregnant but never gained any weight. After I delivered 4 weeks early I had lost 30 pounds and had a 5 pound baby boy and NO BUTT! I cried about that. I hate flat butts too, I now am looking for ways to add a little in that area. I have Cystic Fibrosis so it's really really hard for me to gain weight. I went from a size 10 to a size two. Hope you have better luck losing a little from there than I have putting some on!

I did until I found the Kimkins diet. I tried every diet there was like Weight Watchers and South Beach. They were too slow and too complicated.
Then a girl at work told me about Kimkins, I checked it out and now I've lost 76 lbs in 4 months. A lot of people lose even faster!

Join a gym your bound to see others alot worse of that you and if you stick at it bingo perfect bod again

No cos i'm a size 12-
I used to be a size 20 but I lost it in 5 months-U haven't said how old you are.I'm 28 had 4 kids but i'm happy.

Best thing to do is get a packet of ciggys, a hair net, some nice purple velveteen slippers and what do they call them, oh yes a "house coat" and when the local angels drift by after skool, knives flashing merrily in their hands, drift over to the doorstep, talk to them, make them at ease with themsleves and the confusing world around them, so they feel content, loved and guilt free before their spree, by shouting at them AIIEEEEE, WHAT WAS THAT!!!!

Get into a good gym and start working out....aerobics and prone leg-lifts will do wonders for rumps and thighs.
And listen to your trainer, and do what they tell you.
