Payless Shoes carries shoes up to a size 12 I think, and they always have a good selection and are reasonably priced. Hope this helps!! :)
p.s. You might want to try Ross Dress for Less too....they have a wide assortment of shoes as well!

OOO if you find one let me know lol lol I wear a size 11. And while some stores carry up to 11 they are always old lady styles or clunkers...And to the men who are answering nearly ALL stores only carry up to size 10 for women. I usually buy men's shoes since most now a days are unisex. but for party shoes ...start phoning around but you are going to have to get out the VISA lol lol

Try DSW shoes, or see dswshoes.com on line. They have a variety and are can point you in the direction you need. I found out that they were able to accomadate my mother after she had been in an accident and she had two different shoe sizes from her left foot too her right.,
