I can be both. Read a book called Stop Walking on Eggshells by Paul Mason and Randi Kreger. It is an extremely dynamic book and explains alot of these scenarios you are writing about. It can be a real eye opening book and it can help you decide what kind of relationship are you really choosing and why. It changed my life. I changed from a ranting, confused unhappy, dominated person to a pretty carefree, happy individual.
