Many would like more money, but I'm looking for something that you would consider making a really big difference in how you felt about working where you do.

I would like to be able to say that I'm making a difference... everything I do now is numbers and reports... I can't see results... It's just more numbers more reports... I'd like to know that what I'm doing is ACTUALLY contributing to something with a positive outcome... and not just finacially for the conglomorate I work for!

I work at a College Testing Center and you are not able to really talk. It is so quite sometimes I can hear the blood in my head. I wish there was a little more talking going on.

An easier commute. Right now it takes me 1 1/2 hours on a good day. Love it while I'm here. Going home at night can take longer.

I wish that my company would put our accumlated vacation days on our paychecks. We usually have to email human resources and pray that they email you back.
