I have Dish Network and Dial Internet is it possible for me to use My nintendo ds's wi-fi feature?

I think you need a Broadband internet connection (Cable or DSL) to use wi-fi. However, you can connect the DS to a hotspot at a coffee shop or use the Ad-hoc mode with other units.
