This type of stain is one of the hardest to get out the carpet. I would recommend using a wet vac and slowly pour hot water (from a kettle) on he spot and vacuum it up at the same time, (this will open up the dye ports on the carpet fibre releasing the stain. and remove the residue from the carpet). If the stain is still visible than try putting dishwashing soap (2 or 3 drops into one cup of water or carpet spotter. Dampen the spot letting it soak on the stain for about 5 minutes and repeat step one. After this you should rinse the area again with the wet vac and water.

Oh I hate Crystal Light fruit punch! Its awful for staining everything you spill it on. I switched to lemonade. As for the carpet stain, I don't know. I have a carpet steamer and I haven't been able to get popsicle stains out of the carpet! Good luck!

Get a carpet stain removing spray from Walmart or Home Depot. Spray on the spot. Remove the stain by rubbing clean, dry cloth over the spot. It should do it.
