I've used the same Hairdresser for 10 years. But she dos'nt listen I want a new look. Also shes' very senitive

Well... it is your hair and you should get what you want when you are paying for any kind of salon service. If you can't go to another stylist at the same salon for fear of hurting her feelings then I suggest switching salons. I have never been afraid of going to someone else especially when I'm paying for a service. Good luck and try not to worry about hurting feelings... if a stylist can't keep up with the times then they should expect to loose clientele.

I just had to do this. I told mine that a friend of mine has gotten out of beauty school and cuts my hair for free and I want to support her need to practice for a while.

Just never go there again and start going to a new hair dresser that does listen to you.

I would just tell her that you are seeking a change...it is your hair, not hers. So if she doesn't want to do what you want, then go somewhere different. A change is always nice.
