No, I wouldn't consider it safe. But then you just never know,when where and how of things. even for those of us who never take a cab,it can happen.

It is safe as long as you have a bullit proof widow seperating you from the customer,a camera and a seat that a knife etc... can't be pushed through otherwise I would never cosider yourself safe.
