Make an appointment with your family doctor first. It could be some kind of clot.

Why not make a doctors appointment instead. The ER costs too much. You probably have water on the knee don't know too much about it, but I know the doctors will take the water off the knee. Best of luck!

It depends on how swollen. If it is just slightly swollen, ice it for a day or two and see if the swelling subsides. If not, then go to your doctor or to the ER. If the skin on your lower leg starts to get red or purple or starts swelling, then go the ER IMMEDIATELY.

Try elevating it (above your heart) and putting ice on it. It should reduce the swelling, but if it gets worse, you need to have it checked out.

no not necessarily um do u take any thing that may have caused this ....... how swollen is it what color is it that all depends
