It wasn't in contact with any solids.

It was his own private toilet. Please don't be so uptight. I am sure that you get "it" on your hands sometimes, not a big deal.

If your friend didn't take action to dry it out right away then it is probably beyond repair. In that case I hope you had insurance. If this just happened, then I would take the phone apart as much as you can and let it sit in the sun too dry out. Do not try to bake it or microwave it or anything crazy like that. The other thing that sometimes helps is to use isopropyl achohol to clean the contacts and other exposed metal parts. (It will help to sanitize it too!) There is never any guarantee that the phone will work and even if it does it may die sometime soon. I definitely reccomend insurance if you can get it.

became he talking on her telephone on the same time as on the throne? No, yet that's yucky and mom's probable no longer chuffed. she would be ready to take it aside and spot if it dries out and works, or she'll ought to make a journey into the cellular keep for a substitute. I witnessed somebody drop a cellular telephone in a cup of espresso on the same time as using (i became a passenger) so I had to fish it out and attempt to dry it. That became loopy!!!!

I had my phone dropped in a coke and grabbed it out very quickly. If it gets very very wet you are likely to lose it.

Don't turn it on. Take the battery out. Dry it with a blow dryer. DON'T TURN IT ON! If you turn it on while it is still very wet, you might short out the circuitry and then it will be dead. But if you blow dry it for about an hour, it might work again.

Good luck.

my girlfriend dropped hers in her starbucks coffee.. sometimes they dry and other times they stay in critical condition and have to be buried... DO these have a chip I would get the chip out...DONT TRY TO TURN IT ON..... try and dry the phone out as much as possible... use a blow dryer...(.TAKE THE PHONE APART AS MUCH AS YOU CAN>) not too hot but if you can dry out the inside that may help .. hers dried out.. But her other one also well went in the john ... .... well we had a funeral..... flowers .. she cried.... oh she cried... and after her grieving process ... a few days .... praying that Lazerus would announce Jesus... and the phone would be new again... but no .. the truth set in .. and we got her a new phone... But not with out much pain.. she really loved that phone.... really

Let it sit out somewhere warm for a few hours. It should dry out and work. You may have lost some information, though.
