WD-40! It's an outstanding little product..lots of uses!
Best of all, it's non-toxic. There is nothing in it that will hurt you or the material. (I don't recommend breathing the propellant tho ... propellant bad, WD-40 good).

the WD-40 should work... or a small amount of paint thinner (mineral spirits)
Nail polish remover is much like lacquer thinner.. much to strong for vinyl. It will take the duct tape off but will wrinkle the vinyl.

Use Bestine, solvent and thinner. This will remove adhesives without damaging the vinyl. I use this at work to remove adhesives from photos so this should work well for you. Use a soft clean cloth and gently rub onto vinyl. Those other products listed will damaged the finish of the vinyl.

WD-40. Don't use nail polish remover as that may damage the vinyl.

If WD40 dosen't work, try just rubbing Crisco oil into it. I've had luck with Crisco on other sticky residues, after the oil breaks up the sticky stuff just clean it all off.

Along with WD40 Rubbing alcohol will work. Use it on something stiffer than Kleenex, like an old washcloth.
