Southerngirls got the right idea. The only thing I'd add is when you're drinking the water, drink it warm, as much as you can. This may sound strange, but it really tastes good that way (if it doesn't you can add some herbal tea to flavor it, mint is nice). Your cells take the water in better and people tend to lose more weight. Also, I think it's easier to get down warm than cold, or even room temp. Another advantage with warm water is that you can boil tap water first, and it will be healthier. You shouldn't drink straight, unfiltered, unboiled tap water, and 8 glasses a day is a lot of bottled water.
Also you could do a colon cleanse.

Go on a diet, push away from the table. eat a lot of raw vegetables and eat a lot of fruit. Try to drink at least 6 glasses of water a day Walk, Run and do a lot of exercises. 10 pounds in 3 weeks is a cake walk.

You will have to be extremely dedicated! Cut out all sugars! Look at all the labels of the things you eat, and get just sugar-free things! Drink at least a gallon of water a day! Take hoodia to control your cravings! Do lots of cardio! Every day! Basically, eat 5 small meals a day....every 3 hours. Eat as much white turkey meat or chicken that you want! Fresh vegetable with sugar-free dressing. Egg whites. No salt. Fat-free cottage cheese. Cardio is going to be KEY to boost your weight loss! You HAVE to drink your water every day! use sugar-free tang if you don't like plain water! good luck!

My mother in law used to distribute it. It works wonderfully but it is definitely not easy. Plus, the weight stays off.

i have one question for you... will this be the first time with him??? i mean im sure he thinks you look wonderful... but i hear ya on this subject... try crunches and leg lifts... and walking is always good... you could do most of this without changing most of the things you do... like crunches and leg lifts and squats during your favorite tv programs...
