nice question

it is very simple

first go to User Accounts Tab by clicking inside control panel.

here you have to create a new user account, make it administrator. now you have two administrator

now restart your computer and log on to new created account.

again go to user account tab inside control panel

click in pick a task tab - change the way users log on or off

here deselect both the box

restart your computer

now you have to type your user-name if old user name is not known to any one than he can't,t log on, it is almost disable

how ever you can log on any time by typing the old used name and password
