Cell division role in an organism I:
Without cell division in micro organisms, organisms that the majority of them must reproduce and grow using cell division, the organism would not grow. Cell division replicates DNA to enable growth of DNA.
Cell division role in an organism II:
After fertilization (this occurs during sexual reproduction; meosis), cell division must occur to physically develope and grow an organism (eg. humans: our skin and other cells of different tissues of different organs reproduce and grow using cell division).
Also, the cells of different tissues of different organs inside our body must reproduce using cell division.
There are important microorganisms (bacteria) that enable us, animals, to grow. A classic example is Eschericia Coli (E. Coli) This bacteria, like any other bacteria, must use cell division to grow.

Cell divivision occurs after fertilization. Chromosomes in an organism are produced from the fertilization because of the cell division. It can either be meiosis, mitosis etc. The proper cell division brings about the fertility of an offspring.

The basic definition of an organism from the developmental point of view is outlined in teh following cellular hierarchy.
Molecules->cells->tissue
->organ->system->organism
Therefore, this simple scheme shows growth of cells will lead to growth of the organism.
From a more biological angle, cellular growth and proliferation leads to growth of tissues, expansion of surface areas and an overall increase in size of the organism. Muscles, bones, hair and everything that grows traces back to the growth of cells.

cellular branch performs a mandatory area interior the upward thrust of an organism. basically, without cellular branch, the organism won't strengthen. cellular branch is yet another call for mitosis, and to verify that the organism to strengthen, the DNA of that single cellular ought to be doubled, then chop up in 2, etc etc.
