Upload your image to a file hosting web site
then copy the url

go to personalyse
In the html area
type:

if u need one site to host your files try filodge

I did it once using a "comment" code from a site. It wasn't a pic of me just an image usually used in the comments box

get a photobucket account and use the tag url

and in picture url put url of the picture in it..Example this is the yahoo answers logo
