In this country, the promise of rights for African women has not been fulfilled.?

No it hasn't. The way I remember it back in the day they promised every African American so much money and a donkey, something along those lines. Wonder what ever happened to that.

I dont know what country you are in but here in Africa women are treated very badly,we hope to go to the USA but that chance is slim..We still have slaverly here and nothing is done about it !! Thing is its always been this way here i envy the ones that caught up in the slave trade, many of them were freed by the whites and are making a better life for themselves and they still complain !!

Check out Condi Rice and Janice Rogers Brown, just to name two. I am a white man, in a midwest rural community, and I would vote for either of them for president in a second. If you want to truly be treated as an individual, and not looked at as part of a group (which drags everyone down to the lowest common denominator), join the conservative movement. We believe in individual opportunity, regardless of what group the liberals want to lump you in with.

what rights...god another focus group...the constitution guarantees you the PURISUIT OF happines...my god i cant even get a civil service job without first being penalized for not being a minority or a vet....ever heard of REVERSE DISCRIMINATION LADY....i got news for you..its very real
