Job
To dream that you are looking for a job, suggests that you are unfulfilled and feeling frustrated in your current phase of your life.
I found the above on this website, but since you don't say how you really felt about the way everyone acted about this job, I'm not sure how to proceed.

I will call that type of Dream-Scaping "Wishful Dreaming."
You might be a perfectionist who thinks no matter what you know, do, or achieve is not good enough (for others or yourself)
It's time you snap out of the darkness and into the true light of your own destiny---Sometimes, employers look for the right stuff in a person and beyond the traditional qualifications, some one that keeps growing into the job and above!

Many people fear they're going to be discovered for who they really are, under all the wonderful images they've put out there.
Especially in regard to jobs and relationships.
Relax. Most people know that everyone's hiding something. The less you expose, the less they feel exposed.
But of the last three decades at least, it's been widely accepted to call your friends and even co-workers a little crazy to their faces. "Hey, we all are", we say.
So, crazy, unqualified, whatever, everyone knows you're human. You don't have to tell them why. Just breathe.

It's called the Imposter Syndrome. Lots of books out about it.

It means you have low confidence in acheiving your goal especially in career.
Every thinks so means how you see other people think of you. That means you subconsciously think that your self esteem, confidence are based on others, not yourself.

ın my opinion you are afraid of not loved by people...You always want to be appreciated but it doesn't...And also you give importance people's thought very much...They always make you upset....maybe I wrote nonsense things I don't know they came my mind rapidly:)))))
