I don't mind posting this here, because it's the internet. I know lots of people are going to hate me now.
A few years ago when I was about 13 I met my half brother who was about 14/15 for the first time since I was about two. I always knew I had a brother, but I never saw him. Anyway, we ended up having a crush on each other and we considered ourselves "together". (Okay, now all the hating and judging begins.)
I wrote something down in a journal about him, and my mom read it, and she disowned me. She called me a whore and every other horrible name you could think of. She gave up on me. I haven't seen my brother since. Now I email him and no one knows, but we are only brother/ sister. We were (and are) so incredibly young, we were just confused.
My mother finding that journal was the worst thing that has ever happened to me. I lost her respect, and every one else in the family's respect.
Aside from that, my journal entries are a little odd, and I suppose there is a possibility that I am crazy, the only reason I'm not in the mental institution right now is because my mom decided that she didn't care enough to put me in one. I don't think I need to be put in one though..

That happened when I was a teenager - my stepdad found mine and thought he would be funny and read mine. Oh my god, did I get into so much trouble!! Which was hardly fair as he was snooping - I don't think he expected to find out what he did- he thought I was a nicer girl and not so naughty as what he found out!! hehe ( not that I was that terrible, but he was a wee bit surprised!)

Seriously, I was once told never to put in writing anything that you did not want to see on the front page of the newspaper the next day. It is a wise policy that I have followed for many years.

May be nothing happens... because some people cannot
read "between the lines"--- so my diary would be completely
worthless for them... "female" dreams and wishes !??

My secrets, dreams and wishes, are in my brain so no need to worry about someone finding them out unless I tell them. ;o) Unless of course they're a mind reader.

I haven't kept a diary since I was in the 7th grade... If someone were to read it now they would have a good chuckle...

That happened to me awhile ago. my brother found it. i had written very means things about him. i also wrote about my crush on his friend(which i no longer have). i was mortified tho not surprised. i now keep my journal on my labtop which i suppose isn't a really good place because anyone could read it. she would probably not talk to me for a week. they would know my deepest, darkest secrets which i have never told anyone. and will probably never tell anyone. if one of my friends read it then i would kill them(not literally)but i would not talk to them for a long time. i would be deeply hurt if anyone read my journal. i would never forgive them.

If someone found it they would be able to read my deepest secrets and desires and thoughts. Personally, I would not care. who cares, I am an honest and loving person. My daily journal entries. God bless
