Here's an original idea: use some fishing line. Sound lame? Check this out: fishing line is lighter and easier to manage than pipecleaners or craft wire, so you won't have any trouble attaching with a Halloween make-up kit. Secondly, they have fishing line in neon colors (blue, purple, yellow-green) that react nicely to a black light! If you're going to a Halloween party, you'll be the best looking feline in the house! Trust me.

if you really wanna go all out, buy thin black wire from the craft shop and some stick on skin stuff from the halloween stores. cut the wire down to the size you want. stick on fake skin, insert wire whiskers and cover with make up to blend.
