I am interested in living in the Boerum Hill or Brooklyn Heights section of Brooklyn. I was wondering if anyone could tell me about the area? How is the commute to Grand Central and the east side of Manhattan? is it an easy commute? What are the streets like? Is there anything to do at night? Restaurants, clubs, etc or is it extremely residential? Also, what about crime in the area, is there any? Any and all information will be appreciated.

i wouldn't recommend it sweetie. I'm from the Bronx, but I've been there and it ain't the best place in the world. bk heights is full of crime and violence. stay away for your own good!
