it draged out of bed one night .It bugs me it runs through my body.IAM NOT SHITING YOU this is true !how do i get rid of this ?I need sleep .

OK say you spooks ARE real...try to get as much proof as possible and submit it to the uc Berkley parapsychology dept. or the pararpsyche dept of your nearest university...there may be an engineering explanation for your problems..for example....mist under a brick wall may not be signs of spirits, rater moisture condensing through the porous material the brick is made of....try to find a rational explanation before going w/ an anomalous one...rattling pipes can make strange noises undoubtedly and is repaired by fastening the pipes more securely...these are just examples of how structural defects can cause misunderstanding...knowlege is power man...

Perhaps it's one of those "personal hauntings" where the apparition/ spirit is associated with a particular individual. Maybe a loved on that has passed? As for resolving the issue, maybe try to communicate and see if they respond. Otherwise, maybe contact a paranormal investigator. I don't know where you live but TAPS (The Atlantic Paranormal Society) is one such agency. They have a show on Sci-Fi.
