Wow this is definitely tough as they both are brilliant in so many ways! Bette is more current as an actress and songstress, Babs is classic, timeless however. Babs is perfect and only better as time goes by! I think I would have to pick Barbara Streisand as the better of the two simply because my ears have chosen. I love Bette Middler but I simply adore Barbara Streisand!

They both are wonderful at their craft. Only I can't stand Barbara's nose. So, I'm going to go with Bette.

Well I would say in terms of better and I get to use my own criteria, Barbara. Translation: She`s a stronger turn on for me. I`m a very passionate man and I think she`d match me good !!!

Though both are great singers and actresses, I like Midler better. She is beautiful, talented, does immense amount of charity work, plus she is known to be the nicer of the two.
