yeah it is, i have been there, but only in the south. all i know is the taj mahal in the north, and in the south there's actually a lot to see. they have the BEST imax theatre in hyderabad. if you know where that is. so that's just an example, but there's more, like historical stuff and also amusement parks.

It is good for tourism provided you have a good tour conductor

yes it is good place for tourism beacuse lot of temple and and nature place is there
delhi one of most wonder taj mahal is there
in bombay and goa sea shore is there
in south india more then 1 lakhs temple and tourist spot is there and lot more
