the image? the entire desktop icons and all?

.. try --->To revert to a right-side up display, hold down the CTRL, ALT and UP (arrow) keys.

check if you did'nt flipped the LCD!!!....
or alternatively you should check wid the graphic driver settings as newer driver support flipping of the screens to various angles..as my NVIDIA driver allows me to..if this is the case you should
1.Right click on desktop->properties
2.goto settings tab->advanced
3.from here select your video card tab(like mine shows geforce fx 5200)!
4.then here select NVrotate and check the landscape 0 degree radiobutton...
hurrah you flipped the creen again!!

Turn your TFT around so that u can read it and go to your Graphics option to adjust it. Try using the software that came with your Graphics Card. If its ATi go to ATi Catalyst Control center and adjust it there.

right clic on your desktop
choose properties
then go in the parameters
and advance
the rest depends on your video cards
