Try a show themes CD or go online and type into a search 'Jeapardy thinking music'. It shouldn't be too hard to find.
Did you know Merv Griffin wrote that music? That might help in a search as well.
You could always try to record it off the TV- the show still runs. You would have to edit it but it could be done.

Do a search for a midi of it... midis generally come free of charge.
