Open your browser, on Tools menu,choose Popup blocker and disable it.
If using Internet Security Suite applications such as ZoneAlarm,
turn the pop-up blocker or finally shutdown the application.

Try going to your tools and UN check pop up blocker if it is a yahoo toll bar with pop up blocker it is right by the search bar by highlight,disable it there by clicking the arrow and then click it where it says enable and it will turn it off.Good Luck

When you're on the internet go up to Tools and go to Pop-up Blocker and it should say Turn off pop-up blocker.

normally the pop up blocker is on the menu bar, you should be able to right click on the pop up blocker and choose disable,

find it rightclick on it and look at its properties and find the place where you can allow aol ... i wouldnt just turn it off
