My ears hear a completely different person. Every time the DJ said it was Justin, I was wondering what song they had played by him.

I think Timberland distored his voice to give him a different sound. Its funky as all get out though. If you don't have it already, you should pick up his new album. Its incredible!

no. not at all... everytime i hear it i think it's a woman. i was shocked when i saw the music video and it was him... still a bit confused.
