sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. i mean, people on here are saying that in 15 years you'll be divorced, well honestly, you could be divorced in 15 years without having known the person in high school. also, just because you dont have to worry about financial difficulties in high school doesnt mean that you're going to have a crappy job and you're going to have financial difficulties for forever after you graduate. everyone has those when they first start out. just because you're together doesnt mean you necessarily get married right after high school. and yeah, there are alot of people and relationships to experience outside of high school as well, but everyone is different. if you're satisfied and happy with the person you're with in high school, why try to constantly look for something better. though the majority might be, not everyone is completely immature and ignorant while in high school.

How can you even begin to know that? You have no life experiences outside of high school and dating in the high school scenario.
Additionally the majority of high school kids aren't paying for anything. You have no financially secure future and you are considering marrying someone?
You have a lot of growing up to do before you can state with absoluteness that you have found the right one.

Lol, no.
I think that some people are able to find that person, most are not. Plus marriages where either party is under 25 have a scandallously high divorce rate (sometimes up to 75%) so don't bank on it. Just see where life takes you.

We lived across the street from each other growing up, went through kindergartent to grade 8 in the same small school. Started dating in 9th grade and got married after college. We just celebrated our 26th anniversary. Sometimes you just get lucky...

I met my husband ten years ago (when I was sixteen) at a Halloween party. We started dating the following January and have been together ever since. We will be celebrating our seventh wedding anniversary this coming May.

I thought I was going to marry my high school sweet heart. We stayed together through college... enter the work place... and then he moved away and we broke up. I was postive we were going to get back together and he even moved back to my state.
UMmmmm....10 years later and He's gay.
LOL- but I still love him and we are best of friends.
