do devloped countries realy wnat under devloped countries to become developped? No, I don't think we do. Especially a country like USA does not want 3rd world countries to become our equals in anyway, we want to control them.

yes and no because it creates more trading partners which would allow for more competition driving down prices of international goods. The flip side of that is that that means more competition for the nation. Also the two sided military coin. A developed contry can be a good ally or enemy. Everything has its ups and downs.

The developed Countries just want the under developed Countries to lie back and let them rape them of all their natural resources, and when they don"t just accept it , they become indignant and heavy handed. We are just big bullies who scream blue murder when we are given a "bloody nose"
