Woman can still conceive after their tubes are tied, but sometimes it ends up in a eptic pregancy where the baby attaches its self to the tube and not the utreus. However in some cases women have had full term pregancies.

Affects the hormone/estrogen level, some doctors don't believe this but it's true. Can make you less happy more susceptible to stress.
