Learn self defense. It builds up outer strength as well as inner strength. A lot of communities offer free courses a couple times a year. Contact a rape hot line, even if it happened years ago, and you can get free counseling. Consider helping out at rape counseling because they usually offer various programs. Sometimes helping others helps you heal yourself. Good luck to you and many blessings for a positive future.

My mother was abused 30 odd years ago. She recently started suffering severe depression. It is really starting to affect her marriage. Get the help now and don't be ashamed to do so. Take what happened and make yourself a better person for it. Tell yourself "I will be dammed if I give him the power to ruin my life" By being unhappy and depressed you are giving him what he wants. Be the best you can be. Get the professional help you need now, so you can put things behind you and move to have a great life.

A few years ago would tally to about your being 13. Yet you say this occurred again at 14 and once more at 15. So...the math doesn't jibe.
Just what did...if anything occur. Then perhaps a satisfactory answer may be reached.

Get the hell away from whoever is doing that to you! Yes even if it's family. Especially if it's family. Get the police involved if they aren't already. you need to feel safe before you can heal. Then get some counsilling Only a pro can help you with this....not any of these knuckleheads!

The only way to cope and learn how to move on is a lot of counseling.

no one here can help you with this question unless they are a therapist. you really need to get some treatment to help you out in the long run. i wish you the best of luck. i do wish i could help you more but i am afraid i might hurt the situation since i am not a professional.

Oh my God, I hope you have spoken to your mom or someone about this. You absolutely need to speak to the police and a professional who can help you deal with what you are going through. Good luck.

Has or have your attacker(s) been caught and convicted? A lot of times I see where it helps to confront them and let them know how they've changed your life, but that you are stronger than their attack and will survive and be a better, stronger person for and because of it.
