If you mean Anhydrous Ammonia then it's a fertilizer.

Its a liquid fertilizer. Ever see the farmers on tractors pulling those big tanks across there fields. That anhydrous ammonia they are spraying.

Are you trying to make meth? Otherwise, unless you're a farmer, you don't need to bother with it...highly toxic.
