ok me and my fiance are trying to concive but since I work in a hospital I had to get the flu shot....will that harm the baby in any way or cause me to hve a miss cause I got this shot?????

No, in fact, in may give the baby passive immunity. Don't worry about it. The only commonly given vaccine in this country that can cause a problem is the Measles/Mumps/Rubella vaccine(MMR). Tetanus, Hep B, Flu can be given.

In our clinic here, we have given 10 Flu shots to pregnant women today.

I work for an OB?GYN office. We tell our patients no Flu Shot in the first trimester.

If you work in a hospital why not have a chat with the pharmacist, im sure he or she will be willing to advise you.

since you work in a hospital, you should know that any medical questions should be asked to and answerd by a medical professional, after all, your health is irreplacable.

No it cant hert the baby so you have nothing to worry a bout ... ps you work in the hospitolso hoaw do you not no...da.
