Those commercials are so silly and misleading. Why do so many act like marijuana is as deadly as alcohol?

I no longer smoke, I haven't smoked since high school but I still think those commercials are OVERPLAYED yet, they do send a valid message.

i agree, and i don't toke either. kids are so much smarter these days than any other generation...they know hype when they hear it. i think it should be legalized...not for minors of course. but they can get anything they want anyway, so that's a moot point. i don't believe m.j. is a gateway drug. i've known so many tokers in my lifetime who have never moved on to drug use. legalization isn't going to make ppl go all crazy and become pot-heads. if they aren't tokers now, they're not gonna start just because it's legal to smoke it.
i did try some smoke last winter, to see if it would help my horrid fibromyalgia pain...bad idea. it made my pain 10 x's worse, and i didn't even get a buzz on, or the munchies. ;)
ha, i think i just totally dated myself by saying "m.j." lmao.

I've seen the commercial. And what's up with that? Is Burger King really that hard up for business to have that Loser Erik Estrada on their commercials. Makes me have seconds thoughts on buying any burgers from BK.

Warning: Marijuana will make you do unmoral things. You will sit around all day, eating, and watching TV. We must stop this immediately. Run, Run far away from this people as much as possible. I used to be a smoker many years ago and for decades at a time. They make perfect sense, and if you put your bong down long enough to wake-up, you'ld see it for yourself.

they are a riot if you're stoned ( but sad to say they have a bit of truth to them - stupid people stoned are as bad as stupid people drunk and both are worse than stupid people sober BUT for the rest of us they are just funny )
