Pregnancy come from the meeting of eggs(girl part) and semen (boy part) inside the REPRODUCTIVE (not DIGESTIVE) tract of the body of most mammals.
Human beings are usually mammals, unless they are from New Jersey, then they are radio-active.
I don't think there would be much market for a bottle of fresh-brewed "seemen," especially if you could get pregnant from it. I think people your age are trying NOT to get pregnant. I hope so, anyway.
We, as a society, as tax-payers, need a lot fewer job-less, clueless children having babies.
Now you're scaring me.

No hun,she cannot become pregnant from drinking "semen".In order for a female to become pregnant a male must ejaculate in or near the vagina.However,diseases can be spread through this method.The younger ones tend to think they are safe because if its in the mouth they cant get pregnant and its safe.To be honest some dont even consider oral sex,to be "sex".It is still sex,and diseases still can be spread,be careful even when only engaging in that type of thing.It is important to be safe about your health when engaging in those sorts of activities.Good luck.

Just in case you really are unsure of the possibility, no, it's not even remotely possible. If you look at a diagram of the human digestive system, you'll notice that in no way does is connect to a girls' reproductive sysytem. That's the whole purpose ( I'm talking big picture) of sex of course: to become pregnant. Oh, and, check your spelling. It's semen.

No but you will get a lot of protein. It has to reach an egg to produce a baby. The correct term is to swallow the semen. You can't get pregnant by giving a BJ but you can get HIV and aids from doing it. Exchange of any body fluid can pass on the disease. Be careful who you do.

First of all, it's SEMEN.
And no, you can't get pregnant from drinking it because intestinal acid will kill the sperm, and there is no passage in the body from the mouth to the vagina.

Er, that would be a bit difficult, as the sperms would never actually make it to her vaginal cavity, uterus, or fallopian tubes and could not, therefore, fertilize her egg, if she's ovulated.
I imagine it would give her heartburn or something, though. I've never drunk semen.
