Call LG they have the master unlock code for all models that they make. LG 800 793-8896. Then you can go under the phn icons and look for phone info.It will tell you there the phone number that used to be listed to it.

Well first of all, was this your phone originally or was it a gift? If it was your phone originally I am sure you can call Verizon Wireless and give them your social security # and they might be able to find the old account that you had with them and the old number.

I handle cell phones for my company. What we have had to do when this happens is call the cellular service carrier (Verizon, Cingular, etc...) and ask them to re-set the phone number. They do not maintain a data base with lock codes but they can quickly re-set your service.

try calling your cell phone comp or going to the local dealer they will be able to reset phone for you

to unlock the key pad you hit the middle button, where you able to scroll and go thru your menu options, the select button, and then # that will unlock the key pad- and if you look in your conacts, it should give you an option that you can scroll to, to get your own #
