What is the reason for non-payment. Do they not have the money or are they just being jerks? Have them pay you with a vehicle they got on trade in so you can turn around and sell it to get the cash.

Find out where they are advertising and let their vendors know your situation, kind of putting them on warning that the same thing might happen to them and see if they can apply any pressure (or write a letter saying you plan to do THAT). Did you try using lawyers to write the letters?

first of all, in case you purchase an excursion, you will need fairly some money to cover gas. Secondly, the vast motor vehicle dealership ought to have the potential to sell you the comparable motor vehicle for much less, via fact they sell fairly some. although, the vast motor vehicle dealership could have the money for greater efficient legal professionals, so as that they could shop you from getting what replaced into promised greater common than the relatives owned enterprise. i've got continually got here upon that what they put in writting is what you get. And, i've got continually fallen in love with a particular motor vehicle. think of with reference to the coverage value and the fee of gas once you purchase. those expenses final perpetually, in spite of if the vehicle won't.

Depending on how much they owe you can take them to small claims court. It is quick and no attornies are allowed. In California the maximum amount is $7,500 for individuals and $5,000 for corporations. Just make sure that you have all of your documentation in order. Check out your state's court information
