may people i have spoke to also ive read alot online about the disapointment of big business's that care so little about their customers. but why i ask ???? realisticly its because of their cutomers they have a established business !!!!
MY QUESTIONS :-)
1) Why is it that its the big buisness's that care less about thier customers?
2) would anyone consider a alternative site ?

1. Big companies can absorb a certain amount of complaints the only media that will make them pay attention is the press and TV.

1) They can lose customers and others will take their place.
If you sell 3 million objects and only 10% of your client base is dissatisfied, you are still ahead of the game.
