Apparently the highest needs are in skilled trades. So, pretty much any community college, such as George Brown College in Toronto. If you are not currently living in Toronto you would probably find it very expensive to try to live there and go to school. try looking up Durham College in Oshawa as you can take the GO train in and out of Tornto and its a lot cheaper to live there.
