"This little piggy" is an action nursery rhyme which is said to babies or toddlers while touching each of the child's toes.
The last part of the lyrics: And this little piggy went...
"Wee wee wee" all the way home... is said while the child's little toe is being gently tugged before being tickled . It is a very popular child's ryhme and has been passed from generation to generation since first being pulished in 1728.
