Ruth Kelly like her political friend Margaret Beckett is a 'political bum kisser' who will do or say anything to climb the greasy pole of New Labour! Anyone who has read or heard some of her recent utterances will know what I am talking about.

I don't think her feminine attributes are really relevant - I'm more interested in what she stands for politically - and I can't think of a single policy ... so who cares really ... maybe a dislocated jaw is becoming all the rage then.
