Study up on Grammar, also. That may have a little to do with it. You are probably technically proficient, but perhaps your writing abilities show some flaw in other areas. I'm not trying to pick on you or be mean. Also, what the others said, if you are worth more, then look for other jobs, apply and get some interviews. And to hell if you bosses discover that you are interviewing elsewhere...

Hey man please check how that guy got to that position is it only the technical ability or something else and if management has promoted that guy. You must try to find out what were the criteria for that promotion, Still you have a chance as you said that guy can only cotrol your attendance and doesnt have too much of control over you, might be your management is studying the capability of that guy or they are checking your competence and level of commitment for the company. As per my advice you much keep calm and wait for sometime atleast upto the time you finish the project you have in your hand. After that you must check, and if you find no difference that you must quit but not now first of all you have to study the problem.

first of all, i might decide to characteristic that whoever drew those graphs can not draw graphs in any respect. The $22.6 billion funds is indicated as being $25 billion on the graph. The $37.a million billion is likewise indicated to be approximately $40-one billion. I additionally merely had a seem on the funds papers. those information have been no the place to be indicated in those comments. you in addition to mght can not criticise their expenditure without looking different worldwide aspects affecting the Australian financial gadget, and what they're spending this money on. basically, the graph produced by way of some liberal supporter who can not do uncomplicated information, nor ought to be trusted approximately complaint with reference to the state funds.

I know this is just an opinion site, but if your grammar is any indication of how well you do your job, then what makes you think you are more qualified than the other guy? I know some technical jobs don't require a lot of writing, but a manager might be a different story. Sounds like sour grapes, and if you don't like it, find another job!

Your question doesn't make sense. You are complaining about this guy benig incompetent but then you start talking about the possibility of you taking the management position. What does any of this have to do with finishing the project?

Whatever you are asking/stating, if you dislike it that much, get a different job.

dude, get a new job, or get used to the fact that life often sucks in just that way. folks who are less worthy than you can and will get promoted, get chosen for the job, whatever. it happens. you just gotta plug on until you find a place and a boss who appreciates you. so i'd start putting in applications elsewhere, if i were you.
