Currently for my costume I have and elf hat some bells and green and black tights. can anyone tell me where I can get elf shoes and a top and skirt for it?

you could make the shoes or go on Ebay, and u could add on to a skirt you already have, maybe buy a green one and sew bells and other stuff on it

Elf shoes are very easy to make even if you don't know how to sew. Get felt material and cut 4 side pieces a little longer than your foot, with the curled up toe. Sew or glue them with the seam allowances to the outside. Don't wear them outdoors. Any skirt will work as long as it's short. Have a turtleneck with a jumper or a vest on top.

1) take a sewing class and make them yourself
2)go on amazon
3) specially request them from a person who knows how to sew well and can make them for you if you pay them.
However, if your just going trickortreating with some of your freinds, i suggest not spending too much ona costume.
