Neither should sacrifice their dreams, it is making them available to both that is the key.

The key here is that the 'sacrifice' must be a willing one. You do not sacrifice something for someone else so that they should be grateful to you (after all, they did not ask you to). Sacrifice is not a bargaining tool to bind someone with. Therefore, a woman should be free to sacrifice some of her aims if she chooses to, as should a man.
The furore about women making sacrifices in feminist literature is based on the fact that women are socialised to be much more giving and sacrificing than men, sometimes to the point where this is the only feature of their personality. So they should be encouraged to be a little more single minded (this helps with things like career and education), in order to truly embrace independence and freedom. But of course in any long term relationship there will be sacrifices, and every couple manages them differently, according to what they are comfortable with.

If it came down to only one being able to go for it...absolutely.
Especially when there is more chance of a woman doing right by the man, than a man doing right by the woman when success is achieved.
Sacrifice is sacrifice. There is no fairness, equality or balance involved.
All things considered; women are the key to the future, women are smarter, more beautiful, forgiving, giving, caring, loving, nurturing... that makes women more valuable.
Remember the saying... 'Women and children first'. Should pertain to everything in life.

Every one sacrifices something to be in a relationship. The relationship gets into trouble when one person sacrifices more than the other one does.

No. Dreams and ambitions should all be brought to the table at a point in any relationship so that there is a mutual understanding of where you as a person are heading in life.

I believe neither, they should both follow their dreams and meet in the middle. This may take some sacrifice from both however, well worth it in the end. God bless

No....if you can't have what you want and truly need when you're in a relationship, you're with the wrong person.
